Dr. Rachel Fobert

Registered Naturopathic Doctor

Hi, I’m Dr. Rachel!

If you’ve landed here then you’re curious about how I can help you, which is so exciting!!

Here is what you need to know. The plan we curate for you based on your goals will be rooted in the belief that you deserve top of the line care, someone to truly hear you, work with you and make a realistic treatment plan that you can rely on. This looks like us working collaboratively as a team!!

I have had my fair share of health hurdles, so trust me when I say I understand how exhausting, confusing, and even lonely it can feel to want to feel better but not know where to go next.

I have undergone extensive education in women's health to be able to bring you advanced care and strategiesbecause this is what you deserve. In your initial appointment I will ask you a ton of questions to understand what your body is telling us, we will discuss what testing would be meaningful for you, and what therapies may be useful for you. Not only that but we will strategize how you will implement these changes in your life!! This is the magic of personalized medicine!! You will leave my initial appointment with things to do.

My treatment plans strongly emphasize nutrition, lifestyle coaching and nutraceutical prescribing.

In addition, I have completed the necessary requirements to prescribe hormone replacement therapy, which is the gold standard support throughout menopause, and within Ontario.
