Who We Are

Established in 2012, Proactive Pelvic Health Centre is the first private integrative pelvic health rehabilitation clinic in Toronto. We assist clients – of all ages and stages – with pelvic health issues, such as pain and incontinence, including:

Females, males and paediatrics

Young adults to the elderly

Pregnancy and post-partum

Post-urological and
post-gynecological surgery

Post-menopausal

Our Mission

As healthcare professionals passionate about pelvic health, we are committed to providing a safe and comfortable place where clients can access multi-disciplinary pelvic care to help improve their quality of life.

Our Vision

Our vision is to raise awareness of pelvic health concerns for all genders and ages through advocacy and education. Through education of the general public, health professionals and students, we seek to prevent the negative consequences that may result from the lack of understanding of appropriate pelvic health care.

As part of this commitment, our facility is an educational site for Toronto Metropolitan University’s Midwifery program as well as a mentorship site for other Registered Physiotherapists.
